FileTime

Have you ever been surprised, that plenty of files has shifted time by 1 hour? It is troublesome especially if your backup software concludes that all these files has changed and begin to backup all of them. It happen when you copy files between FAT/FAT32 (often in USB flash memory) and NTFS file systems e.g. in daylight saving time and when you again copy (or extract from archive) them back in normal time (or vice versa). In the program you select directory and choice time shift (+1 / -1 hour). Program will search all files in selected directory and subdirectories and change time of these files.
